MISSION: To celebrate the beauty of veg food, and the people who share their passion for real food by opening veg restaurants. VegProject will support the veg restaurant community by:

• Giving veg restaurant owners and chefs a unified voice
• Showing the general public all the beautiful possibilities of veg food
• Inspiring new veg restaurants to open where they are needed most
• Marketing the great work that veg restaurants are doing in their communities
• Encouraging people to support veg only restaurants

THE STORY: Kindle Fahlenkamp-Morell is a graphic designer, Web developer, writer and has been a vegetarian in the Midwest since she was 8 years old. After about 13 years of eating french fries, wilted pesticide salads, and macaroni and cheese, she discovered all the wonderful restaurants out there that are completely vegan and vegetarian.

This project is a result of Kindle’s dream to have an accurate and attractive place on the Web where people can find veg only restaurants. She hopes to encourage more people to go veg by showing them the incredible community veg restaurants have created all over the world.
